Rebuilt and enhanced the website for the ICLEI Cities Biodiversity Center, creating a modern digital platform that supports its mission of advancing biodiversity in urban environments. Developed in WordPress, the project included custom plugin development, including a dedicated integration that imports and filters project and resource data directly from ICLEI’s central database, ensuring accurate, up-to-date content delivery. Additional API integrations and tailored functionality were implemented to improve content management and user engagement. The refreshed website features an intuitive structure for showcasing programs, publications, projects, and resources, along with a stacked parallax scroll animation on the homepage to create a more engaging and dynamic user experience. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and management ensure reliable performance and a seamless experience for stakeholders, researchers, policymakers, and communities worldwide.
